CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING
Appointments canceled after the 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service total. Appointments that no show will be charged 100% of the service fee and will not be allowed to rebook until it is paid in full.
ON-TIME ARRIVAL
We work hard to stay on schedule, our days are booked very accordingly to you arriving on your scheduled reservation time. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment your stylist may ask you to reschedule or omit. If your service has to be rescheduled or omitted in order to stay within the time allotted you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the service.

Services and retail pricing are subject to change without prior notification.
RETURN POLICY
You may return or exchange your product within 10 days of purchasing.
DISSATISFACTION WITH A SERVICE
If you are unsatisfied with the service you were provided, we ask you that you communicate it with your stylist directly within 7 days of the performed service. You can either reach out by phone, email roseroomsalonmn@gmail.com, or DM your stylist on their instagram page.
