The vision for this salon has been with me since I was 10 years old. I knew early on that I wanted to be a hairstylist—long before I ever stepped foot in Cosmetology school. I was already coloring hair in bathrooms and doing prom styles in kitchens. After spending six years in a commission-based salon, I realized I wanted more.
In 2019, I took the leap and began writing a business plan, which quickly turned into the creation of The Rose Room. I envisioned a warm, welcoming space, and I took great pride in designing every detail. It's truly humbling to walk into a salon that I built from the ground up.
Becoming my own boss was the best decision I’ve ever made. I wanted to create a place where other stylists could feel like their own bosses and work in a space that feels like home. This journey hasn’t been easy, but I am incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished.
Our chairs are full, and we’re lucky to have the best team here at The Rose Room. We each operate independently, but we work together like a close-knit team. We love what we do and take great pride in making every client feel like their best self.
